We understand that shipping is perhaps the most critical part of the e-commerce home shopping experience. No one wants to wait endlessly for their shopping! We ship our prepaid orders (credit/debit card, net banking and bank transfers) through Blue Dart or DTDC Plus and postpaid orders (COD) through Delhivery, the same guys who deliver for some of the biggest e-com portals in the country.
All jewellery we sell is hand-made. Most of our products are usually in stock. However, popular pieces are generally made once we receive your orders and thus may take a little time. Also, since this is hand-made, some pieces tend to develop variations or blemishes before despatch. We have an incredibly strict policy against any form of deficiencies and thus take a little extra time if required to ensure your product reaches you in perfect condition.
Note - the above is not the same as a product as In-stock or Out-of-stock on the website. Products shown in-stock and available for purchase may not be finished and ready and is made upon receipt of your order. You will receive a call or e-mail or Whatsapp message from us within 24 hours of your order to indicate if your order is ready in stock or being made. Should you not wish to wait for the time taken for the made on order pieces, you may cancel the order.

Cash on Delivery
We're also able to now offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option through our partnership.
If for any reason you're unhappy with the product, you can return the same to us within 7 days from date of delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot accept products that are damaged, extensively used or altered from their original condition.
You can opt to exchange or request a refund for the price you've paid. Rs. 250 would be charged for the return shipment back to us from your home. If you're okay with this, just write to us and we'll arrange for a pick-up from your home. Just wrap it up in the packaging you received it in and we'll process your refund once we've received it and inspected the same. Expect this process to take about 7 to 10 days.
At this point, we're only able to refund via deposit into your bank account that you'll need to provide us.
